Christopher was amazing and took good care of my car. The damage that was done was heartbreaking as I love my Camaro. They took their time and did excellent work. They went above and beyond. The only thing that I can say that I was disappointed with was I had just had my car detailed. Cost me $250. When I got the car back it had grease and oil all over the front and fingers prints. We have a 2016 C7 Z06 Corvette. We were in a caravan and the person behind us told us that our taillights were flickering on and off as we went down the road. I thought for sure that the problem would be very difficult to solve. We took the car in for repair and the service manager, Ivan, was able to determine that the brake pedal sensor was misaligned. I was impressed that Ivan was able to solve the problem. We are blessed to have Ivan servicing our car.
Had an appointment at 12pm, that is not the time you get your car serviced even for a simple oil change. That’s is when it goes in the queue for service, so it was going to be 2 hrs. I said ok and that I would take the shuttle service that is offered and come back later. Been waiting for the shuttle for an hour already. Prompt and courteous response by Justin Ramos for check in. Quick oil change and multi-point inspection and tire rotation including over the top wash and cleaning four wheels. Best service ever!

Phillip in service is great! Super friendly and no pressure. My AC condenser went out 2 weeks before Christmas, no pressure to get it fixed now vs. waiting until later. I get my oil changes done here as well. Not as fast as some other places but peace of mind that it gets done right.

Worst service department. ruined my vehicle. been 2 months and they still haven't fixed my issues and keep trying to get me to take the car back without fixing the issue.
Went into service on 7/14/22 because my rpm gage was jumping and ac wasn't working. Phil in service told me to get my transmission harness replaced to the new updated harness (simple fix) from what Phil in service told me.

Headliner damage do to what appears to be leak over rear window. Tech gave no suggestions or recommendations! Stated the camper shell must be removed. Why that has anything to do with the problem is beyond me! No help what do ever!

My mom got mislead/scam into buying a car from them. She leased a Chevy volt and the lease was up so she went in and see what options did she have at lease end. She was presented with 2 options: 1. To pay the over mileage fee + end of lease documentation fee and and return the vehicle or 2. To purchase the vehicle at agreed price and no over mileage fee or lease end fee will be due. We just purchased our 2019 Equinox at DeLillo tonight. What a great experience. Mario had found the exact car we wanted in San Diego after an exhaustive search and had it transferred. Working with him and especially Tom Gardner, General Sales Manager was a wonderful experience. Tom worked tirelessly with us on pricing, trade in, financing and all the extras. They have a very honest, down to earth approach. None of the normal pushy sales tactics like other car dealerships. I highly recommend them.
