Car buying is never easy ... unless you decide to check out DeLillo Chevrolet. I was dreading shopping for a new car and have put it off for years. I started exploring what I might like and had almost given up on Chevrolet because of the very poor service I received at the Chevy dealership closet to my home. I had visited that dealership twice and it confirmed everything I thought to be true about car buying. However when I googled other options DeLillo showed up, which is not convenient by any means ... but I decided to give them a call ...
My experience here was great. Shawn was really easy to do business with. He beat other offers from other dealerships & provided me with numbers over the phone. I took some stuff off my old truck which took long but he was patient with me & even helped me take some stuff off. I forgot some stuff on my old truck & they grabbed it for me & made it available for pick up. Ask for Shawn, he will help you & make the stressful process of buying a car easier.
Last week we bought a Tahoe from Mike at DeLillo and it was one of the greatest car buy experiences. Mike was super knowledgeable, patient and helped make the whole process easy and smooth. The dealership itself was beautiful, super clean and all the staff was friendly and helpful. Worth the drive!!! I drove over 300 miles to buy my truck at this dealership. Modesto to Huntington Beach. They made the process so easy to do remotely. I had made an internet inquiry via a partnership between TrueCar and my credit union - the price I was quoted was acceptable to me and by the time I had the quote via email I had already received a text from a Delillo salesman. The salesman was professional, responsive and honest via text and phone and we nailed down all the details. Had a good buying experience (for once) while purchasing a new car (2023 Traverse) from Delillo Chevrolet. We responded to their advertisement and they actually had two (not just one) almost identical vehicles, in different trims, to choose from. The salesman was very knowledgeable and quickly explained (and showed) the differences in trim between the two and where and how then the price of the two differed.
